Windows10 proを使用。ピン番号を忘れた場合をクリックしてセキュリティコード入手。
入力したところ、画面が真っ黒になりOSが起動しません。
電源も切れないので、今はコードを抜いて放電させています。
これはどう言った症状なのでしょうか？
